Could it be a way to stop Netflix fan from going out?
Two students from Miami Ad School came up with a clever idea for raising people concerns over social isolation.
Featuring spoilers of bing-worthy Netflix series, Stranger Things, Narcos, Kingdom, Money Heist and Love Is Blind, the billboards represent a creative idea to stop the spread of COVID-19 by targeting TV lovers.
They didn’t expect the campaign quickly went viral. Sites across the globe reported the campaign, and Twitter went into a frenzy, making it the most thriving thing they have ever seen.
But the billboards which look so real in the campaign were in fact entirely digital while the campaign was actually rejected by Netflix. As more and more people are working from home and in self-isolation while the world fights the coronavirus pandemic, the number of new unique streaming users has gone up 25 per cent.
